Rick Binetti
Rick has a proven track record developing strategies to effectuate government affairs objectives through multiple legislative and executive bodies, as well as government agencies. Additionally, Rick has a long history of successfully consulting on numerous campaigns in Maryland, Baltimore City and a various County elections. Working in and outside government, he has well established and extensive relationships with legislative and executive branch officials at both the state and local levels. Perhaps his strongest relationships are with Maryland Senate and House Leadership and the legislative committees with jurisdiction over public utilities and energy, climate, clean energy, transportation, labor and healthcare.
A veteran of multiple campaign cycles, he has directed PAC investments throughout dozens of state and local races, leveraging them into long term electoral relationships. Rick also has extensive experience in communication strategy, reputation management and creating positive awareness of complex public policy initiatives at multiple city/state agencies.
